One Workout to excite you; One Workout to fulfil you; One Workout to cause pain and in the darkness make you realise you did 55 pull-ups!!!!

The Master gave this workout recently and it was so good, he kept it up for two days. Let's just say it's around 60 hours later, the biceps, triceps and deltoids all know that there were a lot of snatches and pull-ups in the workout. This set hit basically almost every muscle in the body and it was quite cool to get it completed in a short lunch break. The session broke down as follows -

  • Usual warm-up (lunges, hindu push-ups, squats, stretching etc)

  • 10 minutes of tumbles, hand balancing, handstands & headstands

  •  Star Attraction -
    • Push-Up
    • Goblet Squat
    • Pull-Up
    • Lunge (L/R)
    • Snatch (L/R)
    • Walk Out
      [Complete the above set with reps per set - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]
      [Managed it in 35 minutes]

  •  Stumble into the changing room and sleep.
