The "Complex" Welcome Back

I knew that the first kettlebell workout (from Dave) in 2015 was going to be painful and indeed it was but not just from a strength perspective but the "complex" element of it hit the lung capacity (though 20 minutes of movement and handstand training previous probably didn't help). So I don't forget the workout - 

4 - 6 repeats of
6 reps of
  • Deadlift
  • Clean
  • Clean & Press
  • Squat
  • Lunge

 If you want a workout to knock the cobwebs off and hit the legs, this will do it :)
